Exchange Policy

This policy applies to exchanges only. For refunds, please refer to our Return Policy.


Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • All items are inspected upon receipt.

  • We reserve the right to decline exchanges if items do not meet condition requirements.

  • Final approval is determined after inspection.


What Can Be Exchanged

  • Different sizes of the same item

  • A different item of equal or greater value

  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid before shipment


Exchange Shipping

  • Return shipping is free for approved exchanges.

  • Replacement items are shipped once the returned item has been received and approved.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.


Availability

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item or size is unavailable, you may choose:

    • A different item

    • Store credit

    • A refund (return shipping fee will apply)


Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage


How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to be exchanged

  • Requested replacement (size or item)
